Want to help this project?
While I spend most of my free time every day working on this project, I can't also spend most of my money on it, haha. Buying rare items to scan and archive, webhosting, storage media, booth rentals and electricity at live events, promotional items like stickers, flyers, and buttons, cool stuff for the prize chest, and equipment for streaming - all that stuff adds up.
That being said, a good chunk of what I just listed has only been made possible due to Twitch subscriptions, Amazon wishlist purchases, and tips/donations sent in by y'all; The awesome viewers and fellow archivists out there helping me achieve my dream.
Your financial or material support is of course not required, as I will always do my best to keep this project going with what I have available. However, if you would like to directly help and/or speed up this retro preservation mission, please check out some of the options below.
Please note - Nothing monetary that comes my way via this site or through Twitch is spent on anything personal, and it should never be considered a "payment" for this work. That would be illegal AF! Instead, your gold coins (or whatever other currency your universe uses) goes towards making the quality of Retro Game Champion better, keeping it running smoother, and securing items that have never been archived before.
PayPal is by far the easiest thing for me to track, and this button will let you send any amount you would like, with no minimum. Thanks so, so much!
If Venmo is less trouble for you, feel free to send whatever you'd like to "RetroGameChampion."
The Amazon wishlist contains mostly new equipment that can be used for my Twitch streams and live events, but does sometimes include other bits of hardware that helps with preservation efforts.
"Holy Grails"
(and other treasure)
Maybe you have an old game system or peripheral laying around collecting dust, or you've found an item that has never been scanned properly before, and you want those special items to be enjoyed, shared worldwide, and taken care of? I'd be happy to do that for you. 😊
In particular, I have a list of specific items that many folks would call "holy grails;" Very rare things that are hard to find or unaffordable for me to personally acquire. If you have any of the items below that you would be willing to donate to the project, give a friendly price on, or let me borrow temporarily, please contact me through any of the socials or Discord link above and we'll talk about how we can make that happen. You are infinitely radical!
